Jessica Dalton has a strong desire to see people encounter God and experience transformation through worship.
“I have a passion to write worship songs that are full of truth and reveal God’s character, but are also musically creative,” she said. “I have a passion to see the Church lead the next movement in music history.”
The Fort Worth resident, who just completed her first semester in the Associate of Worship Leadership (AWL) program, says her passion for music wasn’t the only reason she chose to study at The King’s University.
“The AWL is an awesome opportunity to learn from incredible leaders in ministry,” she explained. “It is a practical, well-rounded degree that challenges you musically, but also builds your character as you grow in your relationship with God through the program.”
“In the short time I have been at TKU, God has transformed me in incredible ways,” she continued. “I have grown in my understanding of who God is, and who He has created me to be. I have grown musically and spiritually.”
Jessica has enjoyed her ministry and classroom experience at TKU.
“The connection that the school has to Gateway provides unique opportunities to learn and grow in ministry,” she said. “I’ve loved every class I’ve taken. The professors teach you life lessons that go far beyond the textbooks.”
“TKU is unlike any other school,” she added. “It provides a great education at a great price while developing your character, which is far more valuable.”
